Methodology
Every record carries five mandatory fields: record_id, last_checked, confidence (high / medium / low), reviewer, and source_url. We do not publish unverified claims as “verified facts”; editorial judgement is explicitly labelled as such.
Statutory data (tax rates, social-security contributions, minimum wages, statutory notice periods) is verified directly against government sources, not vendor marketing material. Provider data (pricing, integration depth, security certifications) is verified against vendor filings (Companies House, Handelsregister, SOC 2 reports) plus customer references where commercially sensitive.
Material edits trigger a change-log entry and a dateModified bump in the JSON-LD schema on every page that consumes the affected dataset. Quarterly freshness audits run via our public editorial-OS repository.
